NOTICE FROM THE WATER DISTRICT

The Green Valley Water District would like to request your assistance again in reaching out to your residents concerning a change in their utility bill. Starting in April 2025, the Green Valley Water District will take over as billing agent for Pima County Wastewater. So, instead of receiving a bill from City of Tucson for your sewer, both your water and sewer charges will show on your Green Valley Water District full-page bill. A single payment may be made to Green Valley Water District each month for both bills, and we encourage everyone to sign up for email billing if you want to avoid receiving the physical bill in the mail. If you have automatic payments set up with Green Valley Water District, the entire amount for both water and sewer will be taken from your account automatically.
