- UPDATE ON PATO WASHES: Dear Homeowners, the Board felt it would be appropriate to post photos of the bermed area at the end of Pato and the two major Washes on Pato. Please click here to see the photos. The completion of these washes reinforces our infrastructure. We will keep you up to date when the Oca Washes are re-done. Dick Fitzpatrick

- Some storm repairs have not been facilitated in accordance with the CHTH exterior paint guidelines. Please inform your contractors to use the preferred paint brand Dunn & Edwards to avoid the need to repaint non-compliant external repairs - refer to the link for clarification: Exterior Color Specifications

Board and Committees Canoa Hills Townhomes is a self-managed HOA with a Board of Directors and various committees composed of your neighborhood volunteers.
